Job Description

Salary: $124,800 - 135,200 per year Requirements:

• 6–10 years of UX design experience delivering scalable digital products, including at least 1 year designing native, touch-based mobile interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design tools, with experience using established design systems and platform guidelines such as iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders using strategic storytelling, design rationale, and interactive prototypes.
• A strong digital portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, complex problem-solving, and measurable product impact.

• Create scalable digital product experiences, interaction models, and visual frameworks for desktop, mobile web, and native mobile platforms.
• Lead design strategy from problem definition and wireframing through high-fidelity prototyping and cross-functional implementation.
• Explore and integrate emerging interaction models, including personalized and AI-enabled digital experiences, to improve customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Strategy leaders to align technical capabilities with user and business goals.
