Salary: $108,800 - 181,300 per year Requirements:

• We require a BS, BA, or masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• We typically look for 7+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology.
• We need 5+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience.
• We require 5+ years of experience in sales and support operations.
• We expect 3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce product suite.
• We look for hands-on experience with advanced Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
• We need an intermediate understanding of Salesforce development concepts such as Apex and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
• We require Salesforce Administrator certification; additional Salesforce Consultant certifications are preferred.
• Preferred experience includes Salesforce CPQ and CLM applications.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills are preferred.
• Experience in user training, documentation, and change management is preferred.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate within a cross-functional team is preferred.

• We lead requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand and document business processes and needs.
• We translate documented needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• We design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
• We own the end-to-end solution design and configuration process, applying Salesforce best practices.
• We manage enhancements and new functionality within the Salesforce application suite, with an emphasis on declarative solutions.
• We provide training and support to end users on Salesforce and related sales and marketing technology tools.
• We communicate and coordinate with developers and internal stakeholders on status, technical challenges, and creative solutions.
• We use Salesforce release-management practices to deploy changes from sandboxes to production.
• We create and maintain documentation for business processes, requirements, and system configuration.
• We identify system gaps and inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• We support governance by working with system partners to minimize impact across the Salesforce instance.
• We stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend proactive enhancements.
• We assist with user acceptance testing and change management activities.
• We collaborate on cross-cloud initiatives as needed, including Sales, Service, CPQ, and Experience Cloud projects.
