Job Title: Salesforce ClaimsVantage Consultant/Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer with ClaimsVantage expertise to support an upcoming client proposal and implementation initiative.
• The ideal candidate will have approximately 6 years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on knowledge of ClaimsVantage and its application within the insurance domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical expertise in Salesforce and ClaimsVantage solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on project requirements.
• Work with ClaimsVantage capabilities and insurance-specific processes, including claims-related workflows.
• Develop and implement Salesforce components, integrations, workflows, and configurations as required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and ClaimsVantage-related issues.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and established development methodologies.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Approximately 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Strong hands-on experience with ClaimsVantage.
• Experience working on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex, Lightning/LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce integration concepts and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience working in the insurance/claims domain is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Must be physically located in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce Consultant certifications.
• Prior experience implementing or supporting ClaimsVantage on Salesforce.
• Experience with insurance industry processes, particularly claims administration and claims management.
• Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations or transformation programs.
