Client: Location: Kohler, WI - Remote

Ideal Candidate

A highly hands-on Salesforce Administrator with strong production support experience, expertise in lead management environments, Salesforce integrations, and operational support. Candidates with Salesforce Administrator certification and experience supporting high-volume lead management ecosystems will be strongly preferred.

Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide interim support for a business-critical Salesforce ecosystem focused on lead management, dealer operations, and digital product platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Salesforce administration, production support, integration troubleshooting, and stakeholder management experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, dealer partners, vendors, and development teams to ensure uninterrupted lead flow, system stability, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• Strong experience supporting Salesforce production environments
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Workflow troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and user administration
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations, APIs, and lead-routing processes
• Experience using Salesforce Data Loader or similar ETL/data migration tools
• Production incident management and root cause analysis experience
• Experience managing defects, incidents, and enhancements through Jira
• Hands-on experience with UAT, release validation, and production deployments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting lead generation, lead routing, or lead management platforms
• Experience working with dealer networks, channel partners, or third-party vendors
• Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data quality, and data governance
• Experience supporting territory management and ZIP code assignments
• Exposure to marketing technology platforms and lead integrations

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) Highly Preferred
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (Plus)
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Nice to Have)
