If you are currently successful in retail, hospitality, restaurants, wireless sales, fitness, real estate, customer service, or another sales environment, your skills may translate extremely well into automotive sales. Automotive experience is NOT required. We can teach you the automotive business. We cannot teach attitude, effort, competitiveness, or how to genuinely care about people. What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right Lexus or pre-owned vehicle
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Learn Lexus products, technology, and features
• Work as part of a professional sales team
• Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience
