  • Manage Sunset Room reservations and help users understand guidelines, access details, and points of contact.
  • Plan and coordinate Food Truck Friday events, including communicating with vendors and arranging reservations at designated community parks.
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and support special projects as needed.
  • Respond promptly during operational emergencies, including severe weather events or other urgent community needs.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with written guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support team and organizational priorities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under TLA’s vehicle insurance policy.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including regular sitting, keyboarding, hearing, and visual acuity; frequent standing, reaching, and light lifting; and occasional walking, bending, and related movement.
