This position is 100% remote , though occasional travel (4-5 times per year) may be required for in-person meetings. We are only hiring in California at this time.

The Company:

  • HR Technology & Systems - Research, implement, and manage HR software to improve efficiency in hiring, payroll, benefits administration, and performance tracking.
  • Offboarding & Transitions - Develop respectful and effective processes for employee exits, ensuring compliance and continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 3+ years in an HR leadership or management role .
  • Extensive expertise in California employment laws and multi-state HR compliance in a remote work environment.
  • Experience managing hiring, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration .
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent HR certification).
  • Experience with HR software selection and implementation
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Compensation:

  • $85,000 - $100,000/year , depending on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% for employee, 0% for dependants)
  • 401(k) plan
