Collaborate with coding and revenue cycle teams Support quality metrics and compliance initiatives.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE3 to 5+ years of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) experienceStrong understanding of PDX (Primary Diagnosis) shiftingExperience reviewing clinical documentation for accuracy and reimbursement optimization Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirementsStrong computer skills and ability to work within EMR/documentation systemsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsThis role is a 6-month long contract with possible extensions.
