About the Role:
The Medical Assistant Supervisor at Dakota Ridge plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of medical assistant activities within the healthcare facility. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the medical assistant team, ensuring that patient care and administrative tasks are executed with accuracy and compassion. The supervisor will coordinate appointment scheduling, manage workflow, and serve as a liaison between medical assistants, healthcare providers, and patients to optimize service delivery. Additionally, this role involves training, mentoring, and evaluating staff to maintain high standards of clinical and administrative performance. Ultimately, the Medical Assistant Supervisor contributes to enhancing patient satisfaction and supporting the overall mission of the healthcare organization through effective team leadership and operational excellence.

Proficiency in appointment scheduling ensures that patient visits are organized efficiently, reducing wait times and optimizing provider schedules. Medical assistance skills allow the supervisor to understand clinical workflows, support staff training, and maintain high standards of patient care. Preferred skills such as leadership and communication enhance the ability to mentor staff and collaborate across departments. Additionally, familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality improvement supports compliance and continuous enhancement of service delivery.

BENEFITS OFFERED
Salary Range: $27.00 to $32.00 Hourly
