Novacruitix is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business requirements, preparing reports, interpreting data, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role is well-suited for candidates with a strong analytical mindset and knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with data validation, cleaning, and quality checks.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and projects.
Translate business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support ongoing reporting activities.
Knowledge of business analysis principles and practices.
Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI and Tableau.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Internship, academic project, or professional experience in business analysis, reporting, or data analytics.
Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
