The role of an Executive Administrative Assistant working in Chicago Illinois you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to two executives (CMO and CSCO). This position requires considerable discretion and independent judgment. Key responsibilities include the ability to compile and produce complex information for inclusion in reports or presentations and the creation of charts, graphs or tables. Effective calendar, meeting and event planning and people management skills are critical as well as sound communication skills associated with routine and high-level written and verbal correspondence.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $65,100.00- $85,400.00(posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
