This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote or hybrid opportunities for this position are available at this time.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

The Events Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and receptionist duties, including confidential tasks, appointment scheduling, guest support, memo composition, report generation, meeting coordination, and general office errands. This position will support all food and events team members with vendor research, order placement, invoice and travel management, work orders, and all phases of event planning and execution. This position involves maintaining event planning software with a proactive mindset and anticipating and adapting to evolving team needs. The Events Administrative Assistant will be onsite for support at events which occasionally takes place during evening or weekend hours. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently to meet deadlines. Customer service experience and knowledge of the events industry are highly valued.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Education and Training

  • High School diploma or equivalent
