Join our team as an Event Assistant and play a key role in supporting successful marketing events, promotional campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and brand experiences . As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events while assisting with customer engagement, promotional activities, and brand representation. This position provides hands-on experience in event marketing, public relations, customer engagement, and campaign management with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

No prior event experience is required — comprehensive training is provided!

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, coordination, and execution of marketing events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities.
• Represent clients and brands professionally at events, trade shows, community activations, and promotional gatherings.
• Engage with customers and attendees to provide information, answer questions, and create positive brand experiences.
• Support event logistics, including materials preparation, product displays, inventory coordination, and event breakdown.
• Assist with customer registration, lead collection, surveys, and event reporting.
• Help execute promotional strategies designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Work closely with event managers, marketing teams, and leadership to ensure successful event execution.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients, customers, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, marketing, promotions, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or public relations is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
