Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide technical support to engineers, execute component- and system-level test plans, collect and analyze test data, maintain test documentation, and troubleshoot test equipment and processes.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong experience in engineering/manufacturing testing, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, technical documentation, cleanroom environments, and environmental testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide test and technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.
• Execute comprehensive component- and system-level test plans, procedures, and test events.
• Participate in test planning and test readiness reviews.
• Analyze measurement requirements and equipment measurement tolerances.
• Define and maintain documented best practices for test processes and equipment.
• Support maintenance and improvement of test equipment and infrastructure.
• Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data, including component- and system-level test results and engineering design changes.
• Conduct tests and accurately record data to support engineering evaluation and analysis.
• Maintain engineering documentation, procedures, and test reports.
• Support internal and external customer requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve test problems.
• Provide assistance with manufacturing, inspection, and test engineering-related issues.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports in customer-required formats.
• Support multiple shifts as required.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 5 years of additional education and/or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with process documentation and technical documentation.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment and environmental test area.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to handle/manipulate equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
