We are seeking an experienced Concrete Form Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable hardworking detail-oriented and capable of performing concrete formwork efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Construction Form Setter plays a crucial role in our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Directing and performing final sub-grade preparation and form construction for concrete placement.
• Removing forms directing operators loading and unloading equipment tools and materials.
• General duties as required to satisfy the overall purpose of the job

What Were Looking For

• Ability to layout per plans and specifications.
• Proficient in installing forms for walls curbs gutters flatwork and erecting scaffolding in a safe manner.
• Capability to read elevations and set forms to the desired elevation.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Mid-Level Experience (4 - 7 years)

Working conditions for the Construction Form Setter include:

• Restricted and repetitive movement
• Dirty environment and extreme temperatures
• Heavy lifting or carrying
• Continuous bending and kneeling
• Standing for long periods
• Exposure to extreme noise
• Key Results: Zero incidents of safety violations Conduct weekly safety audits.
