Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our team at our Element by Marriott North Charleston hotel . As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in our bistro, ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Execute menu items with precision and creativity, following established recipes and presentation standards. 

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. 

Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients. 

Adhere to health and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment. 

Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a bistro or similar setting. 

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. 

Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work. 

Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
